The aim of the course is to provide prison law practitioners with an opportunity to refresh and update their knowledge in relation to recent prison law judgements.
By the end of the course participants will:

Have had an opportunity to discuss the implications for their work of recent legal decisions

Be aware of other important cases that are currently being litigated.
